Inclusion

• We will pick and later drop you off in your location with our Toyota Land Cruiser
• Enjoy a moderate ride to the Dunes and take pictures
• Deflate the pressures of the Cruisers tires before proceeding to dune bashing
• Enjoy a 45-minute Dune Bashing ride with our licensed safari driver to the Red Dunes (Lahbab Desert)
• Have fun Quid biking and Camel riding for 20 minutes each 
• Take pictures with a falcon
• Enjoy a slow ride to the camp
• Receive a traditional welcome at the camp
• Enjoy separate VIP seating Arrangement in Air Conditioned Majlis
• Enjoy luxurious refreshments, including Sheesha (Apple Flavor), Hubbly Bubbly, and delicious Arabic Sweets and Fresh Fruits
• Enjoy other fun activities such as Henna Painting, Sand Boarding, and Arabic Dress Photography
• Have your mouthwatering dinner served at your Majlis by a professional waitress
• Your dinner will be both a vegetarian and non-vegetarian Buffet with a live BBQ together with drinks (tea, soft drinks/ juices/ water)

Exclusion

• Alcohols are not provided
• We don’t pick up guests from private residences in Dubai unless you have booked a private car. If you are staying at a private residence, we can pick you up from the nearest hotel.
• Quad biking / Dune Buggy will be charged 
• Horse riding will be charged 

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• We have DTC expert off-road approved and licensed drivers
• We provide refreshments (water, cold drinks, juice) 
• Cash payment in any currency can be made at the pickup 
• We offer a safari adventure tour for Cruise stopovers in Dubai. Our team will be picked up in Port Rashid or Cruise Terminal 
• Our vehicles are air-conditioned, legally approved, and fully insured 
• The package covers the pick and drop costs from your hotel or residence in Dubai or Sharjah
• We offer safari tours during flight stopovers. Our drivers will pick and drop you at a location outside the airport 
• Food is included in the package (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes)

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
