Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Transfer options are available (select Sharing /Private option when booking)
• Dubai Residence /Hotel pick up will be arranged for you but not from the Airport
• Pick up from other locations can be requested (with extra fee)
• Sharing transfers are offered only from Deira, Sheikh Zayed, Bur Dubai, and Marina

• Booking confirmed below the actual rate is made; the Dubai Tours n Travel has the right to ask for full payments. Agent must accept the service prior to the cancelation period, or the booking will be automatically released without any penalty
• No live entertainment during the month of Ramadan. Alcoholic drinks will be served depending on the government guidelines

• The pick and drop off timings can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 - 60 minutes on Sharing transfers (based on location/traffic)
