Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children below 1.2 metres height & below 12 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above 12 years will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.

• Minimum booking (2 people) 
• Refreshments inside the premises (water/cold drinks /juices) 
• Cash payment in Local Currency is allowed at the Pickup time
• ONE WAY Pickup is included in the package (from your hotel/residence/apartment in Sharjah and Dubai (3 people minimum)) 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
