Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 2 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Working hours:  17th September - 30th  April at 11:00 am to 10:00pm, 17th September - 30th  April at
• 4:00 pm to 12:00am, 17th September - 30th  April at 10:00 am to 6:00pm, 17th  September - 30th  April at 10:00 am to 6:00pm.
• While on sharing transfers, 30 – 60 minutes alterations may exist depending on your locality and traffic flow.
• There must be 2 individuals for the trip to happen on sharing transfers.
• During the month of Ramadhan, both drinking and eating outdoors is prohibited.
• All Resorts and Dubai parks working hours are Subject to Ramadhan schedule.
• This product is not subject to any form of discounts apart from when it’s a joint offer with other products. If sold alone, it should never be sold at lower prices other than the quoted gate
• price.
• A retail and dining destination – RiverLand – is at the center of parks and resorts in Dubai. It includes four regions
• with over 50 shops and hotels, all open to visitors for free. 
• At no instance do we offer reimbursements.
• To gain entrance, guests must show a printed copy of the tickets at the gate.

• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
