• Hotel pickup ( select Private Transfers option)
• Photographic session throughout the tour
• Lunch/ Buffet in the hotel’s restaurant
• Drop off back at our hotel

Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• At the time of booking, indicate the reservation you want, whether lunch or dinner at the Atlantis hotel. 
• Pick up is strictly from your Dubai residence
• In case of pick up from other areas, a request at an extra fee is given.
• Transfer sharing is limited to various areas such as Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Deira and Marina.
• Any extra amount resulting from a lower than normal booking fee may only be claimed by Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism.
• Bookings will be cancelled without a refund if the time lapses before the agent accepts the services.
• While on sharing transfers, 30 – 60 minutes alterations may exist depending on your locality and traffic flow.
• There must be 2 individuals for the trip to happen on sharing transfers.

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
