Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made 72 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If cancellation made within 72 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children of all ages will be charged Adult Rates

• Book 2 or more days in advance 
• Our pilots are licensed and professional 
• Refreshments (water/juices/cold drinks) 
• Cash payment in Local Currency can be made during pickup
• Book a tour adventure with us if you have a half-day or more time during your cruise stopover in Dubai. Pick up from Port Rashid or Cruise Terminal in Dubai
• All our helicopters are licensed, comfortable, legally approved, and air-conditioned 
• Residence /Hotel Pickup and Drop off service in Dubai or Sharjah is part of the package (3 people minimum)
• We will schedule a pickup/drop location for your flight stopover tour (outside the airport) 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
