Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy 

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children below 2 years of age are not allowed for this activity
• Children from 2 to 12 years will be considered as Child 
• Children above 12 years will be charged Adult Rates

• Hotel pickup from Dubai city will be scheduled 
• Pick up from other areas will be offered upon request for an additional cost 
• All visitors must carry a hard copy of the downloaded tickets from our website. The tickets will be presented for admission 
• Select the( With Transfer option) when booking to access the Transfer option package. The tickets will be provided at the Pickup time
• Minimum skills needed for the recreational slope is (ability to use lifts/speed control /linked turns/stopping safety). Ski Dubai has the right to request proof of the visitor’s age
• Operation hours for Ski Dubai are Sunday to Wednesday (10:00 am to 11:00 pm), Thursday (10:00 am to midnight), Friday (09:00 am to 12:00 midnight), and Saturday (09:00 am to 11:00 pm)
•  If a booking below the actual rate is confirmed, the Dubai Tours n Travel has the right to ask for full payments. Agent must accept the service prior to the cancellation date, or the booking will be automatically released without any penalty
• The pick and drop off timings can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 - 60 minutes on Sharing transfers (depends on location/traffic conditions)

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
