Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children below 1.2 meters height will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above 1.2 meters height will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.

• Minimum booking of 2 people 
• Supply of refreshments in the premises (cold drinks/juices/water) 
• Cash payments allowed during pickup (Local currency) 
• The package covers for the pick and drop charges (3 people minimum) 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
