Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years & below 1.2 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 3 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• This product is not subject to any form of discounts apart from when it’s a joint offer with other products. If sold alone, it should never be sold at lower prices other than the quoted gate price.
• If your property is damaged, lost or stolen, Dubai Glow Garden takes no liability.
• Dubai Glow Garden has no liability in case of park time adjustments, temporal closing of shows and attractions to address security concerns or maintenance issues even without a notice in advance or refunds.
• You must put on respectful clothing or else Dubai Glow Garden will bar you outside.
• All kinds of animals are prohibited inside the Dubai Glow Garden.
• Non-smoking zones must be strictly followed inside the Dubai Glow Garden as indicated on signs.
• Visitors are required to adhere to safety instructions as directed by Dubai Glow Garden admin.
• Bicycles, scooters, balls and pets are all prohibited.
• You are not to carry Drinks, Food and smoking products while entering.
• Each entry ticket guarantees you a single entry to the park.
• Glow Garden operational hours are; Saturdays – Thursdays: 4 pm to 11:30 pm while on Fridays and public holidays its 4pm to 12 am.
• Ensure you have your photo Id at the entrance.
• To gain entry, guests must show a printed copy of the tickets at the gate.
• If you need transfers, tick the transfers’ option when booking.
• In case of pick up from other areas apart from Dubai residence, a request at an extra fee is given.
• Arrangements for pick up will be done with reference to Dubai city center hotels.
• Working hours: 7:00pm – 1:00 am on Thursdays, Fridays and Public Holidays.
• 7:00 pm - 12:00 am from Saturday to Wednesday.

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
