Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children below 1.2 metres height & below 16 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above 16 years will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.

• Pick/Drop will be arranged from hotels in Dubai City Center 
• Other locations pickup is available upon request with extra charges
• The transfer option is available (select With Transfer option when booking) 
• Operational schedule for Hub Zero ( Saturday to Wednesday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm & Thursday to Friday from 2:00 pm to Midnight 
• Open for visitors aged 10 - 34 years. People of all ages can take part (height and age restrictions apply). Based on one's medical conditions, guests will be denied access to some experiences and rides
• Hub Zero is located in CITY WALK, a dining and outdoor destination located at the Al Wasl Road and Safa Road junction, Dubai. (A 15-MIN walks from the Burj Khalifa Metro Station. 
• This product cannot be independently sold to an end customer at lower rates than the attraction’s gate prices. However, it can be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should the product’s primary price be featured less than the actual gate price

• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
