Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy 

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Private tour vehicles are available (5 to 7 people) 
• Our drivers are professionals and licensed 
• Refreshments available (cold drinks/water/juices) 
• Cash Payments in Local Currency are acceptable during Pickup
• Book a tour adventure with our team if you have a half-day or more time during your cruise stopover in Dubai. Pickup will be made from Port Rashid or Cruise Terminal in Dubai
• All our vehicles are air-conditioned and licensed 
• The package covers the Pickup and Drop off charges from residence/apartment for a minimum of 3 people in Dubai or Sharjah
• A pick/drop location will be arranged during a flight stopover at Dubai Airport
• Language - English 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
