Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

Additional Information

Arrangements concerning your pick-up will be done from Abu Dhabi hotel, not from the airport.
If you need pick up away from your hotels/residence in Abu Dhabi, issue a special request and you will pay for an extra fee.
We hold no liability for places closed on various days and weekends, thus no refunds.
Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has a right of requesting any amount left in case a booking is processed at a lower fee than the normal charges. Agents have to accept the services in advance of the cancellation deadline to avoid the booking being auto-canceled without refund.
While on sharing transfers, 30 – 60 minutes adjustments may exist depending on your locality and traffic flow.
There will be photo sessions at Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Museum and Atlantis Hotel.
Pass briefly on Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Mosque, Mall of Emirates, Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall.
