Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy 

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years & below 1.3 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 3 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• You  are required to download the ticket and avail it at the entrance alongside the booking voucher.
• Your pick-up arrangements will only be limited to Dubai Residence/Hotels and not the airport.
• In case of pick up from other areas, a request at an extra fee is charged. 
• If you need transfers they are available if only you tick the ‘with transfers’ option when booking.
• Transfer sharing is limited to various areas such as Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Deira and Marina.
• Any extra amount resulting from a lower than normal booking fee may only be claimed by Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism. Bookings will be cancelled without a refund if the time lapses before the agent accepts the services.
• You are required to download and print the e-ticket from our website and present it as Hard copy at the entrance.
• The time of the tour and events is dependent on Ramadhan for adjustments.
•  While on sharing transfers, 30 – 60 minutes adjustments may exist depending on your locality and traffic flow.
   

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
