Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years & below 1.3 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 3 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• All through the touring activity, either private or sharing transfer option is available, dependent on your booking selection.
• Arrangements concerning your pick-up will be done from Abu Dhabi hotel, not from the airport.
• If you want pick up away from your hotels/residence in Abu Dhabi, issue a special request and you will incur extra charges.
• Transfer sharing is limited to various areas such as Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Deira, and Marina.
• Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has a right of requesting any amount left in case a booking is processed at a lower fee than the normal charges. Agents have to accept the services in advance of the cancellation deadline to avoid the booking being auto-canceled and get no refund.
• When entering Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi, you must put on respectful clothing which fully covers your body or you will be denied entry.
• While on sharing transfers, 30 – 60 minutes adjustments may exist on your pick up / drop of time depending on your locality and traffic flow.
• Kindly note that: On Friday, our pick up timings for the Abu Dhabi City trip is, Dubai/Bur/Deira at 10:00 am to 10:30 am while Marina/SZR/Al Barsha is 10:30 am to 11:00 am. 

                 - Time for the tour is unchangeable.

                 - Visitors must dress appropriately as attached.

                 - No eating, drinking or chewing gum in public places. 

                 - Grand Mosque is inaccessible on Fridays both for sharing transfers and private tour.

• Grand Mosque Reminder: During the month of Ramadan, visiting hours are strictly between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday.
• Visitors are not allowed inside the mosque during the Ramadan period.

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
