Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• You are required to print the e-ticket that we will send you via mail and carry it as a Hard copy.
• In the course of the touring activity, either private or sharing transfer option is available, dependent on your booking selection.
• Arrangements concerning your pick-up will be done from Abu Dhabi hotel, not from the airport.
• If you want pick up away from your hotels/residence in Abu Dhabi, issue a special request and you will incur extra charges.
• Transfer sharing is limited to various areas such as Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Deira and Marina.
• When entering Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi, you must put on respectful clothing which fully covers your body or you will be denied entry.
• Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has a right of requesting any amount left in case a booking is processed at a lower fee than the normal charges. Agents have to accept the services in advance of the cancellation deadline to avoid the booking being auto-canceled and get no refund.
• Both men and women have rooms to conduct their prayers in the forum.
• Also in the forum is a first Aid room.
• Going into the main hall, lockers, strollers and wheelchairs can all be accessed, though at an additional fee.
• The drivers directs the new guests into the Ferrari world while the guests already inside the Ferrari world join. All visitors leave together.
• The Louvre Abu Dhabi operates as follows:-
• Saturday to Wednesday: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Thursday – Friday: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• Kindly Note - On Mondays, Louvre Abu Dhabi does not operate. You need to purchase 3o minutes in advance to secure the last entry.
• On Friday, our pick up timings for the Abu Dhabi City trip is, Dubai/Bur/Deira at 10:00 am to 10:30 am while Marina/SZR/Al Barsha is 10:30 am to 11:00 am.
