Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy 

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• This booking voucher applies for booking an attraction admission. You must download the ticket from the Booking Admin Panel (carry the tickets separately) 
• Hotel Pickup from Dubai will be scheduled (doesn't apply from the Airport) 
• Pickup from other regions will be offered on request at an extra fee 
• Minimum height for Adults (120cm and above) and children under 120 cm
• Entry Pass is valid for 1 day (per person). Arcade games, F&B, and Retail not included
• Visitors should buy admission Pass at the ticket counter 
• Sharing transfer is offered from Deira, Sheikh Zayed, Bur Dubai, and Marina 
• Guests should arrive 10-30 minutes before the scheduled time (based on your booking) 
• If a booking below the actual rate is made, the Dubai Tours n Travel has the right to ask for full payments. Agent must accept the service before the cancellation date, or the booking will be automatically released without any penalty

• The pick and drop off timings can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 - 60 minutes on Sharing transfers (depends on location/traffic)

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
