Exclusion

• No alcohol will be served 
• Souvenirs are not included 
• Dune buggy are not included in the package, charged (optional)
• Falconry will not be included in the package 
• Horse riding will be charged not in package 

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 12 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy  

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• We have off-road drivers are DTC licensed and approved
• Refreshments are provided (water/juice/cold drinks) 
• Cash payment in any currency are allowed at the pickup time
• We offer a cruise stopover desert safari tour adventure. Our drivers will pick you up from Port Rashid or Cruise Terminal in Dubai
• Our vehicles are fully insured, approved, and air-conditioned 
• Pick and drop from your residence is inclusive in the package for residents in Dubai or Sharjah
• A pick and drop location for safari tours during flight stopovers will be scheduled 
• Separate tables for veg & non-veg foods are provided and included in the price 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
