Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Pick and drop times on sharing transfers are modified depending on the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes (depending on your location/traffic)
• In shared transfers, the seating arrangement will be made as per availability and arranged at the time if boarding by the guide
• Refunds are not offered for services utilized partly or for guest unavailability during the scheduled start time in the tour itinerary. The service provider has the right to charge for a 100% no-show fee
• Pick up from areas aside from Dubai will be done on request(additional charges apply)

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
