Exclusion

• Alcohols are not provided
• We don’t pick up guests from private residences in Dubai unless you have booked a private car. If you are staying at a private residence, we can pick you up from the nearest hotel.
• Quad biking / Dune Buggy will be charged 
• Horse riding will be charged 

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 12 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy 

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Free entry is allowed for children below 3 years 
• Children aged 3 to 10 years are considered adults and are charged adult rates
• We arrange for private cars
• Cash payments are allowed during pick-ups
• All our vehicles are legally approved with experienced drivers 
• Expectant mothers or guest with back problems are discouraged for this activity 
• The package covers for pick and drops services in Dubai/Sharjah

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
