If Cancellation made within 96 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Child Policy

Children under 4 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children between age 4 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

Additional Information

You are required to download the ticket from the booking admin panel and show it at the entrance alongside the booking voucher.
According to the Burj Khalifa Attraction tickets, each one has a different time slot and thus our website allows you to choose the running ticket slots.
Come with either your Ticket voucher, Passport copy or Emirates Id and give it at the ‘Will Call’ booth.
The reservation automatically expires after a given time lapses.
Pick up plans will be made from your Abu Dhabi Residence/ hotel but not the airport.
Tickets are one-time and cannot be refunded.
In case your ticket is lost, stolen or damaged, you cannot be reimbursed.
Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has a right of requesting any amount left in case a booking is processed at a lower fee than the normal charges. Agents have to accept the services in advance of the cancellation deadline to avoid the booking being auto-canceled and get no refund.

While on sharing transfers, 30 – 60 minutes adjustments may exist on your pick up / drop of time depending on your locality and traffic flow.
