Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 12 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 5 years are not allowed for this activity
• Children between age 5 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• This booking voucher applies for booking an attraction admission. You must download the ticket from the Booking Admin Panel (carry the tickets separately) 
• Select With Transfer to access Transfers option 
• You must come with your Emirates ID and Passport for identification during admission 
• Hotel Pickup from Dubai will be scheduled (doesn't apply from the Airport
• You must report directly at the agreed location 20 minutes prior to tour time (select the Without transfer option) 
• If a booking below the actual rate is made, the Dubai Tours n Travel has the right to ask for full payments. Agent must accept the service before the cancellation date, or the booking will be automatically released without any penalty
• Minimum participant weight of 15 kg
• Heart patients, pregnant women, people with back problems are discovered for this tour
• The Location Address - Love Boat, next to Dubai Marriott Harbor Hotel, Dubai Marina Walk(east) opposite to Spinneys

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
