Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy 

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 12 years will not be allowed for this activity
• Children between age 12 to 17 will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.

• Booking for 2 people minimum 
• Refreshments are offered on the premises (cold drinks/water/juices) 
• Cash payments in Local Currency can be made during the Pickup time
• Hotel/Residence Pickup/ Drop off is included in the package for 3 people minimum (In Dubai or Sharjah) 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
