Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If Cancellation made within 12 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

Additional Information

You will only be picked up from your Dubai Residence. No option for airport picking.
To make it easier for us to pick you from your location, its key to share with us thorough pick up information.
In case a bookings goes for less than normal charges, Dubai Tours n Travel can ask for difference amount. Services must be acknowledged by the agent in advance of the expiry time or else the bookings will be cancelled and no compensation.
We hold no responsibility when several locations are closed on various days, thus we do not offer compensation.
Note better: locations which will not open on Monday’s and Friday’s are Al Ain Fort, Archaeological park and Al Ain National Heritage.
