Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children above 2 years and height up to 1.2 meter will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.

• Pickup will be scheduled from your location (residence/hotel in Dubai - not in the airport) 
• Pickup from other places apart from Dubai are offered with extra charges 
• All e-tickets must be exchanged for wrist bands during admission 
• Guardians (18+ years) should accompany children below 13 years at all times
• Appropriate swimsuit must be worn at all times. Have a look at the park’s rules and regulations on our website 
• Online tickets don't cover food and beverage items 
• All e-tickets holders should adhere to the rules and regulations of the entrance as displayed at each ride as at the main entrance 
• E-ticket bought under a specific customer name cannot be transferred /refunded/sold for cash value
• If a booking below the actual rate is made, the Dubai Tours n Travel has the right to ask for full payments. Agent must accept the service before the cancellation date, or the booking will be automatically released without any penalty
• The management has the right to change the closing/opening time, cancel/remove any part of the tour for any reason such as operational issues, maintenance, health and safety, private functions, and special events among other reasons. 
• Adhere to the lifeguard instructions at all times
• The management don't offer refunds for lost/stolen tickets 
• Outside beverages and foods are prohibited (management have full rights to inspect all items before admission in the park) 
• Each ticket per guest 

Special Note: Laguna Water Park will not be operational till 22nd February 2019 (closed for annual maintenance) 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
