Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 96 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 96 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 4 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 4 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• You  will receive an E-Ticket via email and show it at the entrance.
• Individuals above 60 years old and kids below 3 years will all gain free access to this activity.
• Pick up plans will be made from your Abu Dhabi Residence/ hotel but not the airport. 
• If you want pick up away from your hotels/residence in Abu Dhabi, issue a special request and you will incur extra charges.
• Transfer sharing is accessible in various areas such as Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Deira and Marina.
• Transfer sharing timing: Pick up in the morning: 10:00am -10:30am and
• Drop off at 2:00pm to 2:30pm.
• Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has a right of requesting any amount left in case a booking is processed at a lower fee than the normal charges. Agents have to accept the services in advance of the cancellation deadline to avoid the booking being auto-canceled and get no refund.

• While on sharing transfers, 30 – 60 minutes adjustments may exist on your pick up / drop of time depending on your locality and traffic flow.
