Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 4 to 11 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 11 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• We  offer private cars for tour ranging from 5 to 7 people.
• All our drivers are qualified and licensed.
• You are assured of water and soft drinks.
• Only local cash is accepted for cash payments at pick up.
• In case you are to spare a day or more, you can book an adventure trip with us. You can be picked on Port Rashid or Cruise Terminal, Dubai.
• All our vehicles are comfortable and operate legally.
• All services including pick up and drop off from your Dubai residence or Sharjah are included in the package. However, a quorum of 3 people must be met.
• Pick up and drop off will be arranged to/from the airport if your tour includes a flight.
• Through collaboration with the guide, timing of the stay can be organized effectively.
• Our guide to be communicated to in English only.

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
