Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made 96 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If cancellation made within 24 to 96 hours to your Tour departure time 50% charges will be applicable.
• If cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 2 to 6 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 6 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• The tour is based at the Dubai Creek
• You are expected to reach at the location directly 
• You are expected to report at the agreed location at least 30 minutes before the departure time

• Additional charges will apply on all special requests not included in the inclusion 
• If a booking is confirmed at a lower rate, the Dubai Tours n Travel tourism has the right to request for the difference amount. Agents are required to accept the service before the cancellation period, or the booking will be processed automatically without penalty

• No live entertainment during the dry days or Ramadan. Alcohol will be offered as per the government regulations
