• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate

• Private safari Hummer is available
• We have professional and licensed drivers
• We offer refreshments (water/juices/cold drinks)
• Cash payment during pick up in local currency
• We offer a Safari cruise stopover adventure in Dubai. Our drivers will pick and drop you from Port Rashid or Cruise Terminal in Dubai
• Our vehicles are comfortable, legally licensed, and air-conditioning
• Pick and drop-offs are part of the package for guests in Dubai or Sharjah (minimum of 3 people)
• For flight stopover safari adventures, our driver will pick and drop you off at a specified location
• Separate tables for veg and non-veg food (included in the price)

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
