Inclusion

• Schedule your pickup time (you can request for an early pickup)
• You will be picked up at your residence or hotel in Dubai or Sharjah
• Enjoy your ride in our exquisite 4x4 Land Cruisers
• Remember to deflate the pressure of the Cruisers tires before getting back to your dune bashing ride
• Enjoy exceptional rides with our safari expert drivers across the Lehbab Desert or in Dubai’s largest desert- The Red Dune
• Enjoy bashing and riding up the Dunes for about 45 minutes. Feel free to capture as many photos as you can
• Enjoy 20 minutes Camel riding and another 20 Sand Boarding
• Have breakfast while enjoying the inimitable beauty of the Dunes
• Get a chance to Sandboard on the sand
• Enjoy an unlimited supply of drinks/ water/ juices
• Once you have made enough memories, get back into the Land Cruiser and enjoy a safe drive back to your residence

Exclusion

• No alcohol will be served 
• Souvenirs are not included 
• Dune buggy are not included in the package, charged (optional)
• Falconry will not be included in the package 
• Horse riding will be charged 

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 12 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy 

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• We offer private transport for desert safari
• Our drivers/guides are professionals and Desert safari licensed 
• We provide free refreshments (water bottles, cold drink, soft juice) 
• All our vehicles are comfortable, air-conditioned, legally approved, and fully insured 
• Our Desert safari tours packages include Picks and Drop-offs at your location 
• You can pay Cash during pick up in any currency 
• Schedule with us a stopover Desert Safari at Dubai Airport. We will plan for a pickup and drop location. Our drivers will pick and drop you back
• We also offer cruise terminal stopover desert safari tours. Just tell us beforehand, and we will email you with more information 
• Pick and drop costs are inclusive in the package if you reside in Sharjah or Dubai 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
