Inclusion

• We will pick you up from your Residence, Hotel, or Apartment in Dubai
• Enjoy your ride on an SUV 4x4
• Get a 10 minutes breakfast break before getting back to your ride
• Take your time in the Dunes. Capture as many pictures and selfies as possible
• Remember to deflate the pressure of your SUV ride before getting to dune bashing
• Enjoy a 30 minutes Thrill Dune Bashing in the Red Dunes (AL WEER) with our licensed safari driver
• Enjoy an unlimited supply of fresh drinks (water/juice)
• Enjoy a safe ride back at your location in Dubai
• Get a chance to enjoy an earlier or later ride if you are in a group of 5 to 6 people. Just remember to let us know when booking
• Get a chance to experience a Desert safari moment during your flight stopover at Dubai airport. Just fill a form with your Flight Landing time and Departure, and we will schedule an unforgettable adventure for you

Exclusion

• No alcohol will be served 
• Souvenirs are not included 
• Dune buggy are not included in the package(optional charges)
• Falconry will not be included in the package

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 12 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• We offer private car Safari’s
• Our off road professional drivers/guides are licensed and approved by DTC (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) 
• We offer refreshments (water/cold drinks/water) 
• Cash payments can be made at the pick up (all currencies are allowed) 
• If you have a half-day or more stops in Dubai in your Cruise, you can book for a quick Safari adventure with us. Our team will pick you up from Port Rashid or the Cruise Terminal in Dubai
• Our vehicles are fully insured, approved, and air-conditioned 
• Pick and drop costs from your location in Dubai or Sharjah are inclusive in the package
• We offer Airport stopovers desert safaris. A pick and drop locations will be planned for you 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
