Note: Pickup from Abu Dhabi will be from 11:00 to 11:30 Am, 9:00 to 9:30 Am for Sharjah  and Dubai

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years & below 1.3 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 3 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• We offer private cars for tour ranging from 5 to 7 people.
• All our drivers are qualified and licensed.
• You are assured of refreshments such as water and soft drinks
• Only local cash is accepted for cash payments at pick up.
• In case you are to spare a day or more, you can book an adventure trip with us. You can be picked on Port Rashid or Cruise Terminal, Dubai.
• All our vehicles are comfortable and operate legally.
• All services including pick up and drop off from your Dubai residence or Sharjah are included in the package. However, at least 3 people must be available.
• Pick up and drop off will be arranged to/from the airport if your tour includes a flight.
• English Language is to be used.
• We give refreshments such as soft drinks, cold drink and water.
• Ferrari Ticket: pay a bronze ticket to unlock all rides. Once paid, tickets cannot be refunded even if you cancel it.

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
