Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 4 to 11 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 11 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• You  are required to download the ticket and avail it at the entrance alongside the booking voucher.
• If you need transfers they are available if only you tick the option when booking.
• A retail and dining destination – River Land – is at the center of parks and resorts in Dubai. It includes four regions with over 50 shops and hotels,all open to visitors for free. 
• This product is not subject to any form of discounts apart from when it’s a joint offer with other products. If sold alone, it should never be sold at lower prices other than the quoted gate price.
•  All the civilians of UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and KSA are entitled to the GCC Residence offer. To redeem this offer, the visitor must produce a legal Resident ID at the ticket booth.
• Any extra amount resulting from a lower than normal booking fee may only be claimed by Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism. Bookings will be cancelled without a refund if the time lapses before the agent accepts the services.
• Each holder of a GCC Resident Id can only redeem a maximum of 5 tickets daily, per park.
• All Resorts and Dubai parks working hours are Subject to Ramadhan schedule.
• During the month of Ramadhan, both drinking and eating outdoors is prohibited.
• At least 2 individuals must be available for this event on sharing transfers.
• Your pick-up arrangements will only be limited to Dubai Residence/Hotels and not the airport.
• While on sharing transfers, 30 – 60 minutes alterations may exist depending on your locality and traffic flow.
