Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Guests not originating from GCC Countries require a Visa for Dubai which is seamless with the help of Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism. Eligibility for a Dubai Visa includes; No criminal record in the preceding 5 years, if you have not previously travelled abroad for various activities such as employment, business, family/friend invitation.
• Steps to get a Dubai Visa via Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism:

2. Submit scanned documents required for visa processing.

3. Pay using your credit card. (Our payment gateway is secure).

If everything is fine, we’ll issue your visa in the least time possible.
• Kindly note that: 50 – 100 AED will be charged as per visa type only if air ticket or hotel booking is not via Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism.

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
