Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• There is a transfer option especially on sharing. However, it is subject to your booking choice.
• Guests must show their E-Tickets sent via email at the entrance.
• Immediately you make an online booking, you get a Number on your mail which will be required at the Burj Al Arab.
• Only Dubai Tours n Travel can request for the difference in amount whenever a lower than normal booking fee is charged. Agents must agree to the services within the issued timeframe.
• Pick up is strictly form your Dubai residence
• In case of pick up from other areas, a request at an extra fee is charged.
• Transfer sharing is limited to various areas such as Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Deira and Marina.
• Special Note: At Sahn Eddar breakfast reservation in Burj Al Arab is done at 9:30am.
• A mail is sent to confirm your reservation. Guests are encouraged to arrive at about 9:00 am since the table is reserved for only 15 minutes.
• If the booking is done with transfers, you will be picked up from the hotel at 8:30 am.
• Special Note: At Sahn Eddar afternoon tea reservation in Burj Al Arab is done at 4:00 pm.
• A mail is sent to confirm your reservation. Guests are encouraged to arrive at about 3:30 pm since the table is reserved for only 15 minutes.
• If the booking is done with transfers, you will be picked up from the hotel at 3:00 pm.
• Special Note: At Sahn Eddar High tea reservation in Burj Al Arab is done

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
