Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 96 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 96 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 4 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 4 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• This booking voucher only applies for an attraction entry booking. You must download the ticket from the Booking Admin Panel (carry the ticket separately)
• The Burj Khalifa attraction entrance tickets are available in different time slots ( select the currently available time slots options in our website for the Burj Khalifa ticket
• Carry along your Ticket Voucher with your Emirates ID and Passport Copy. Present it at the Top “Will Call” counter
• The booking confirmation is only valid for the specified time and date and will automatically expire after the end of the indicated time and date
• Pickup/Drop off at your residence /hotel in Dubai will be scheduled (not from the airport)
• Tickets are valid for one use only (not subject to exchange or refunds of any kind)
• Damaged/lost/stolen tickets cannot be refunded /replaced/exchanged in any manner
• Booking made below the actual rate is made, the Dubai Tours n Travel has the right to ask for full payments. Agent must accept the service prior to the cancelation period, or the booking will be automatically released without any penalty
• This product cannot be independently sold to an end customer at lower rates than the attraction’s gate prices. However, it can be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should the product’s standalone price be featured less than the main gate price
• The pick and drop off timings can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 - 60 minutes on Sharing transfers (depends on location/traffic)
• Sharing transfer are offered from Deira, Sheikh Zayed, Bur Dubai, and Marina
