Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy 

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 17 years will not be allowed for this activity.
• Children above the age of 17 will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.

• Must carry your Emirates ID and Passport 
• 17 years and over (age limit) 
• Come with towels and costumes 
• Children below 10 years are restricted from this activity 
• Children ( 10 to 18 years) are allowed for this activity if accompanied by Adults/ Guardian 
• No previous experience is required 
• You should be able to tread water/ swim 
• If a booking below the actual rate is confirmed, the Dubai Tours n Travel has the right to ask for full payments. Agent must accept the service prior to the cancellation date, or the booking will be automatically released without any penalty
• Dubai Hotel/Residence Pickup will be scheduled (not from the Airport) 
• Time/date subject to availability 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
