Exclusion

• Entry to the creek park, which is chargeable at AED 5 per person. This is not included in your ticket

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 2 to 12 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 12 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Pickup will be scheduled from hotels in Dubai City Center 
• Pick up from other areas will be offered on request with additional charges 
• For Transfer option, please select With Transfer when booking 
• A confirmation number will be given on your E-Mail ID for all online tickets bookings. The confirmation number must be produced for admission at the Dubai Dolphinarium 
• Dolphinarium has 100 % right to reject admission and remove visitors without explanations or refunds for inappropriate behavior 
• This product cannot be individually sold to an end customer at lower rates than the attraction’s gate prices. However, it can be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should the product’s standalone price be featured less than the actual gate price. 
• The pick and drop off timings can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 - 60 minutes on Sharing transfers (depends on location/traffic)

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
