• Cash payment in Local Currency allowed at the Pickup time
• Pick up/Drop off costs are included in the package (From your hotel/ residence /apartment in Dubai or Sharjah (minimum of 3 people)

Note! Availability 1 Day in a week only on Saturday and Minimum 3 Person Required

Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• You will receive a confirmation message on your screen after filling our online forms successfully
• You will get an email confirming the details of your tour from our booking team 
• Island access and transportation is subject to coast guard approval and may be cancelled at short notice due to the weather or other case of "force majeure"
• Daily day access is available from 10:00 to 18:00
• Daily evening access is available from 18:00 to 23:00 (adults only)

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
