Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children below 1.2 metres height & below 12 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above 12 years will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.

• Dubai Hotel /residence pickup will be scheduled (not from Airport) 
• Other pickup locations are available upon request (with additional fees) 
• Guest must not bring beverages, alcoholic drinks or food into Aquaventure 
• The Atlantis Aquaventure is a shallow water facility. First, enter all attractions feet and pools for safety ( diving is prohibited) 
• Access to life jackets at the towel rental locations
• If a booking below the actual rate is confirmed, the Dubai Tours n Travel has the right to ask for full payments. Agent must accept the service prior to the cancellation date, or the booking will be automatically released without any penalty
• This product cannot be independently sold to an end customer at lower rates than the attraction’s gate prices. However, it can be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should the product’s primary price be featured less than the primary gate price
