Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• At least 4 people required.
• Tickets must be picked from our office.
• Working hours for Global Village: Saturday – Thursday, from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Friday & Public holidays from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.
• Operating months for Global Village: November to April.
• Children must at all times have the safety wrist band which will be issued at the ticket booth and information kiosk.
• Visitors are required to adhere to safety instructions as directed by Global Village admin.
• Visitors are required to meet the required park standards such as health, height, age and size.
• Non-smoking zones must be strictly followed inside the Global Village as indicated on signs.
• All kinds of animals are prohibited inside the Global Village.
• If a visitor is using a bicycle, roller, hover-board, skate board or tricycle, he/she will be denied entry.
• You must put on respectful clothing or else Global Village will bar you outside.
• Effective of 1st January 2018, a 5% VAT fee will be charged on all hospitality services.
• Global Village has no liability in case of park time adjustments, temporal closing of shows and attractions to address security concerns or maintenance issues even without a notice in advance or refunds.
• This product is not subject to any form of discounts apart from when it’s a joint offer with other products. If sold alone, it should never be sold at lower prices other than the quoted gate price.

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
