Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children below 1 year of age and under 0.8 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children below  12 years and under 1.2 meters height will be considered as child and entry will be charged as per child cost.
• Children above 12 years and 1.2 meters height will be considered as adult and entry will be charged as per adult cost.

• You must carry your Passport and Emirates ID
• Age limit (12 years and above) 
• Come with personal costumes and Towels 
• At least 2 people are required for this activity 
• Children below 10 years are not given access to this activity (for safety) 
• Children (below 12 & above 10 years) are allowed for this activity if accompanied by the Guardian / Adults
• Residence/ Hotel pickup will be scheduled from Dubai( not from the Airport) 
• Pick up from other locations will be provided upon request at an additional fee
• Time/Date is subject to availability 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
