Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 10 years will not be allowed for this activity
• Children between age 10 to 17 will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.

• You must have your Emirates Id and passport for this event.
• Individuals below 10 years are not allowed in this activity.
• Dubai Jumeirah location is where this event takes place.
• Your pick-up arrangements will only be limited to Dubai Residence/Hotels and not the airport.
• If you need transfers they are available if only you tick the ‘with transfers’ option when booking.
• Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has a right of requesting any amount left in case a booking is processed at a lower fee than the normal charges. Agents have to accept the services in advance of the cancellation deadline to avoid the booking being auto-canceled without refund.
• All divers above 10 years and below 17 years must have a valid medical insurance cover form, from their guardians.
• Before the activity begins, there is a briefing for half an hour.
• It’s advisable to avoid flight for about 18 hours after completing this activity.
• Date and time depend on convenience.

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
