Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years & below 1.2 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 3 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• You  are required to download the ticket and avail it at the entrance alongside the booking voucher.
• Your pick-up arrangements will only be limited to Dubai Residence/Hotels and not the airport.
• In case of pick up from other areas, a request at an extra fee is charged.
• If you need transfers, tick the option when booking.
• Immediately you book, an E-Ticket is sent to your email. It is a must you have a copy of the E-Ticket at the entrance of Glow Garden.
• Also you should ensure you have your photo Id at the entrance.
• Glow Garden operational hours are; Saturdays – Thursdays: 4 pm to 11:30pm while on Fridays and public holidays its 4pm to 12 am.
• Each entry ticket guarantees you a single entry to the park.
• You are not to carry Drinks, Food and smoking products while entering.
• Other things that are prohibited inside the park are bicycles, scooters, balls and pets.
• Security precautions indicated by Dubai Garden Glow must be adhered to.
• Non-smoking zones must be adhered to strictly.
• Pets and animals are prohibited inside the park.
• You must put on respectful clothing or else Dubai Glow Garden will bar you outside.
• Dubai Glow Glass has no liability in case of time adjustments, temporal closing of shows and attractions to cater for security concerns or maintenance issues.

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
