Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 18 years will not be allowed for this activity
• Children above the age of 18 will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.

• You must sign a Waiver form at the time of the tour
• You must carry your Emirates ID and passport 
• Minimum age limit of 10 years for all participants 
• Children under 10 years are not allowed for this tour (safety measure) 
• Children (10 - 18 years) will be allowed to participate if accompanied by Adults /Parents 
• Carry personal towels and costumes 
• Does not require previous experience 
• You should be able to tread water or swim
• Dubai Residence/ Hotel pickup will be scheduled (not from the airport) 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
