Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

           Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 6 years will not be allowed for this activity
• Children between age 6 to 17 should be accompanied by an adult or parents.
• Children between age 6 to 17 will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.

• You must carry with you your Passport and Emirates ID 
• The age limit of 6 + years
• You should tread or swim in the water
• Come with personal towels and costumes 
• At least 2 people are required for this activity 
• Children below 6 years are not allowed for this activity due to safety 
• Dubai Hotel/Residence Pickup will be scheduled ( not from the Airport) 
• Subject to Availability

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
