Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 11 years will be considered as infant and entry will not be permitted.
• Children between age 11 to 17 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 17 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
• For Sky Dive Tandem, the guest has to be 18 years and above. Below 18 years are not allowed for this tour.

• We have licensed and trained captains
• Refreshments are provided (water/drinks/juices) 
• Cash Payments in Local Currency are made at the Pickup time
• Please state your weight and that of your family members in the form 
• Residence /Hotel Pickup and Drop off service in Dubai or Sharjah is part of the package (3 people minimum) 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
