Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Private transfers will be the basis of trip arrangements.
• Your pick-up arrangements will only be limited to Dubai Residence/Hotels and not the airport.
• In case you need pick-up scheduled away from your Hotel/residence in
• Dubai, issue a special request and extra charges will apply.
• Strictly, services used halfway or not used at all will not be refunded for.
• When a booking is completed at a lower rate other than the normal rate,
• Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism is entitled to request for the bonus amount. Agents are to accept the services before the deadline, or else risk losing the booking without a penalty. 
• There are No Refunds or Rescheduling in case Guests don’t show up in time as it is considered as a bleach of terms.

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
