• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• You will be required to sh0w the E-ticket sent to you through mail at the Entrance
• Dubai Residence /Hotel pick up will be arranged for you but not from the Airport
• Pick up from other locations can be requested (with extra fee)
• Sharing transfers are offered only from Deira, Sheikh Zayed, Bur Dubai, and Marina
• Sharing transfer’s timing is as follows -
• Morning Pickup (10:00 am to 10:30 am), Drop off (2:00 pm to 2:30 pm)
• Children below (3 years), people of determination, and the elderly (above 60) will enjoy this activity for free
• If a booking below the actual rate is made, the Dubai Tours n Travel has the right to ask for full payments. Agent must accept the service prior to the cancellation date, or the booking will be automatically released without any penalty
• The service holds no explanation in case any of the components of an attraction are not operational due to weather or technical reasons
• The pick and drop off timings can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 - 60 minutes on Sharing transfers (depends on location/traffic)
