Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate

• We  provide private cars for tour with a range of 5 to 7 people.
• Our drivers are all qualified with valid licenses.
• Water or soft drinks will be provided to cater for refreshments.
• When you are being picked up, cash payments are possible but limited to local currency only.
• In case you are to spare a day or more, you can book an adventure trip with us. You can be picked on Port Rahid or Cruise Terminal, Dubai.
• You are assured of relaxed and chilled cars, all with legal licenses.
• All services including pick up and drop off from your Dubai residence or Sharjah are included in the package. However, a quorum of 3 people must be met.
• Whenever your tour incorporates flights, pick up and drop off within the Airport are arranged.
• Inside the Dubai museum, between 20 to 25 minutes will be spent while the remaining 20 minutes will be spent in the rest of the place.
• Through collaboration with the guide, schedule of the stay can be organized effectively.
