• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• You will get an E-ticket through email (the ticket will be required at the Entrance)
• Pick up will be scheduled from Dubai residence(no pickups from the Airport)
• Additional charges will apply for pickups done other than in Dubai residence
• Sharing transfers IA available from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed upto Marina only
• Sharing Transfer’s Timing; Morning pickups (10:00 to 10:30 am) and Drop-offs (2:00 to 2:30 pm)
• Free access for the elderly above 60 years, people of determination, and children below the age of 3
• When a booking is made at a rate below the actual rate, Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has the right to demand for the additional amounts. Agents are required to accept the services before the cancellation period. Otherwise, the booking will be released automatically without penalty
• The service provider holds no responsibility if by any chance a component of an attraction is not operational due to weather or technical reasons
• Pickup and drops off timings on Sharing Transfers can be modified as per the trip program by 30 to 60 minutes (depend on the location/traffic conditions)
